HARVEST SEASON 2024

Harvest season has begun! After a few months in which our crop (Persicaria tinctoria) has grown in the field, it is time to begin a new phase of the process: the harvest season and the extraction method. Once we collect the leaves of all our plants, we can begin to extract the pigment from this 2024 crop.
