TINTOREMUS IN TAIWAN

Our destination: House of StoryWear, an experimental store in Taiwan.

To inaugurate their Blue Month, they thought of us and especially our indigo to participate in the space. Although StoryWear has been betting on circular fashion for years, this new concept seeks to open its doors to brands that work differently, offering a space for exchange and learning.

We have shared our knowledge about indigo dyeing with their team, influencers and clients who joined the experience. We begin by preparing the indigo dye with fructose, a sustainable technique that allows dyeing without aggressive chemicals. Then, each participant had the opportunity to dip their clothes into the dye, watching how the indigo blue appeared upon contact with oxygen.

Techniques such as tie-dye have also been explored, playing with knots and folds to create unique patterns.
