Rubia extract is obtained from the roots and rhizomes of Rubia cordifolia (also known as Indian madder or common madder).
Rubia cordifolia extract contains phytochemicals, purpurin, manjestin, alizarin, and pseudopurpurin, which produce different shades of red.
Textiles and fabrics dyed with Rubia cordifolia are good for skin health and are ideal for summer wear.
This natural dye has antibacterial, antimicrobial, and astringent properties.

Use between 50% - 100% of pigment on the total textile fiber to be used, depending on the required color intensity.
